What to do During a Divorce--Part 8

Don't break any laws.  This is not the time to get a DUI or commit tax fraud.

Again, it's all about what the judge sees.  You want to put your best face forward in order to get the best results possible.  A DUI, a violation of a restraining order, or any other kind of lawbreaking will not help your case.
